● Leads the business planning sessions from customer insighting to execution planning.

● Integrates strategies across departments and works with the heads to develop the overall New Business Group plans and budget.

● Aligns departmental goals, processes and resources with the group strategy.

● Ensures alignment of the New Business Group strategy with the overall strategy and other groups.

● Responsible for overall governance and management of budget, processes and selected strategic projects.

❏ Educational Background – Marketing, Business Management or any related degree

❏ Years of Work Experience – 5-8 years of work experience in Marketing

❏ 4 years of managerial experience

❏ Fintech or similar industries

❏ Level of Knowledge

❏ In-depth knowledge on customer lifecycle management

❏ In-depth knowledge on marketing innovation

❏ In-depth knowledge on data analytics

OUR DETAILED SERVICES INCLUDE:

Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.

Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).

Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
