Job responsibilities:

Prepare project estimation and forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project based on approved plans and adjustments.Monitor material balance between estimated and actual.Manage tender documents and other quantity survey-related documents.Contact the key supply chain contractors to discuss the project and any technical issuesReview the tender and propose alternatives / value engineering options to be costedOversee the Distribution of any addendum information to the relevant sub-contractorsAnalyse the quotations and prepare a summary report of all the quotations receivedComplete all relevant Estimating forms in line with the Estimating procedureFinalize the price and submit the tender on time. Arrange courier if necessary.Determine the overall costs and resources/deliverables required to complete a project.Manage quote preparation and record-keeping.Maintain quote tracking and follow-up systems.Document all quotes and related information accurately in the correct locations on the server, job file, and management system.Excellent time management skills.Ability to work under pressure.Strong logical reasoning and common sense.Strategic thinker.Proficient problem solver.Capable of planning and organizing.Effective decision-making skills.Active listening abilities.
