Key Responsibilities

The Data Entry specialist will:

  • Upload content and multimedia to the goFLUENT platform;
  • Review the content, including multimedia elements, to ensure alignment with company guidelines and quality standards;
  • Identify technical requirements for content deployment;
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the seamless release of content on the goFLUENT platform;
  • Collaborate closely with language consultants, Instructional designers, and other key positions to revise and maintain content on the goFLUENT platform;
  • Perform record keeping and organize and maintain source documents, trackers, and master lists;
  • Assist with the testing of technology updates and content error investigations and fixes on the goFLUENT's platform;
  • Submit daily reports and attend regular meetings;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the content manager, including, but not limited to, generating data lists, coordinating projects, creating trackers, creating/updating guidelines, and assisting with downloading and processing multimedia as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

You must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field or a vocational degree in any IT field or computer-related course;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy;
  • A strong commitment to punctuality and attendance;
  • Good research skills and strong retention skills for guidelines;
  • The ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent high-quality work;
  • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions with precision;
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills; the ability to perceive and anticipate potential problems;
  • Flexibility; the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and constant changes in processes, instructions, and guidelines;
  • Team player skills; the ability to proactively initiate discussions to seek clarification/confirmation, share ideas and recommendations, and a willingness to help others;
  • A willingness to learn or explore other skills beyond the basic scope of the role;
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite apps, specifically Google Docs and Google Sheets;
  • A willingness to learn and master new platforms, tools, and technologies;
  • Knowledge of and experience with authoring tools, HTML, and multimedia editing are a plus.
