Acts as an ambassador of the Property Management Office and will provide administrative support.

  • Receives visitors and guests and properly directs them to the person in charge of resolving the concerns
  • Plans and schedules meetings and takes detailed minutes
  • Acts as document controller by properly and timely receiving, dispatching and tracking documents
  • Monitors office supplies and equipment and raise Purchase Request in a timely manner to avoid unavailability and/or shortages of supplies
  • Develops and maintains a filing system
  • Receives and acknowledges the complaints from tenants/customers and relays them to the concerned personnel upon receipt
  • Receives 3rd party billings and prepares Request for payment for its completeness and transmission accordingly to head office
  • Prepares request for payments for completed work as endorsed by Building Engineers
  • Assists the HR department in timekeeping and coordination of HR-Related concerns of personnel
  • Assist the Accounting and Finance Department on the release of SOAs to the tenants and follow-ups on payments
  • Carrying out administrative duties such as incoming/outgoing operation documentation endorsement and filing, administrative office customers, tenants and visitors and telephone reception
  • Maintains the office in a clean and orderly manner
  • Performs all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
