Our Corporate Banking Group seeks experienced professionals to join our team in BGC, Taguig in the role of Wholesale Officer.

As a Wholesale Officer, your main responsibility will be to boost sales volume by efficiently managing various corporate and institutional sales acquisition programs to meet targets such as Top Line, Bottom Line, and Market Share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic approach to engage with depositor company employees and effectively promote the benefits of our Consumer Lending solutions.
  • Conduct a minimum of 8 meetings weekly with depositor companies.
  • Proactively identify and connect with potential leads, understand their financial requirements, and offer appropriate Consumer Lending products to non-depositor companies.
  • Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports as necessary.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities to identify new business prospects and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Contribute to the creation of business strategies and sales acquisition programs, including exploring opportunities in emerging digital channels.
  • Implement approved sales acquisition programs within set timelines.
  • Forge agreements with other internal Bank units to ensure the smooth execution of sales acquisition programs.
  • Suggest and execute strategic partnerships with external collaborators, particularly in the digital sphere, to achieve mutually beneficial business goals.
  • Analyze customer data, business reports, and industry trends to identify key strategies and growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate program performance, customer needs, and industry trends to propose future strategic plans aligned with the Bank's objectives for Credit Cards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College Degree, preferably in a business-related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Background in Sales and Marketing, Business and Industry Knowledge, Project/Program Management, Product Management, Business Development, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Business Strategy Formulation, Data Analysis
  • Strong numerical, planning, and forecasting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks accurately, thoroughly, and on time while adhering to established policies
  • Capacity to make sound decisions that benefit the Bank
  • Effective communication in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at managing internal and external client relationships
