  • Provides preventive maintenance for a trouble-free Head Office building and other electrical and engineering problems of the Bank
  • Handles the daily repair and maintenance of premises and air-con/signage-related matters for Head Office and reviews Contractors' progress billings for disbursement
  • Supervises and monitors the housekeeping of the building

Role Exposure:

  • Supervises the maintenance technicians and housekeeping personnel on their daily tasks
  • Conducts routine inspection of the vicinity/area for housekeeping and/or maintenance concerns every day before and after office hours
  • Monitors, replies and resolves ITSP tickets and delegates the work to technicians and/or housekeeping
  • Supervises the services being provided by the contractors/vendors
  • Monitors and supervises the operation of generators and synchronization panels during outages
  • Monitors and supervises the re-setting of Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) during power failures and fluctuations
  • Monitors and supervises the operation air conditioning units
  • Supervises and/or troubleshoots emergency problems related to electrical and/or engineering problems
  • Recommends improvements or upgrading of equipment
  • Conducts routine inspection of the lay-out of electrical power and communication lines of newly renovated and other existing areas of the Bank
  • Supervises the installation/set-up of power lines, lights, sound system, set-up of tables and chairs, for the various affairs / events of the Bank
  • Handles the monitoring and supervision of all preventive maintenance works
  • Prepares schedule, work permits, gate pass, etc. of preventive maintenance
  • Monitors and processes the routing for approval and renewal of VPRC, MSA and SLA of vendors
  • Prepares requisitions and accountable for the required and issued materials and tools
  • Prepares and submits reports on all maintenance activities
  • Monitors facilities regarding power and water consumption of the Bank
  • Monitors critical departments like the Information Technology Group computer area for the smooth supply of power, air-con, and communication lines
  • Supervises the installation of power and/or data lines for new equipment
  • Conducts ocular inspection of renovation/construction projects and prepares punch-list reports for items with deficiencies for submission to Supervising Officer and assigned contractor
  • Prepares and documents the requisition for construction, plumbing, and electrical supplies and other consumables (FFE, repairs & maintenance requests, etc.)
  • Coordinates with and follows-up vendor/suppliers for the immediate delivery of requisitioned materials for construction/renovation projects of the Bank
  • Reviews quotations/billings received from service contractors, processes (encodes to PDIMS/SAP, routes to signatories, etc.) and endorses/recommends payment
  • Prepares design development consisting of plans, elevations, and other drawings to outline specifications, to fix and to illustrate the size and character of the entire project in its essentials as to materials, type of structure, mechanical, electrical, sanitary systems, etc.
  • Transports excess construction, plumbing, and electrical supplies from branches to the stockroom/basement of Head Office for storage and future use
  • Prepares various correspondences with tenants on implementation of building rules and regulations
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (either Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged apply
  • Licenses are an advantage
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and in Cebu-Fuente Osmeña St., Cebu
