Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

  • Consolidate and update TDS and Trade Execution Supervisors monthly incentive.
  • Coordination and alignment with Merchandising team and BEI departments (HR issue, Reimbursement and Documentations)
  • Maintain and update template and forms for the Execution team (OSA, Execution Planner, Call Sheet, MCP)
  • Overtime Approval Consolidation and Transpo matrix monitoring.
  • And assist other related task

Job Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • Have working experience in an FMCG industry.
  • Location: Banawe,Quezon City
