SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Attends and complies with the administrative and clerical needs and other logistical requirements (airline tickets, hotel accommodations, van and venue rental, and documentations) of the office.
  • Gathers accurate information and collates, consolidates, monitors, and maintains files/reports from regional offices for proper documentation.
  • Prepares, submits, processes, and reviews accurately cash advances, travel authorities/itinerary of travel, petty cash fund reimbursements, and liquidations.
  • Coordinates and disseminates internal and external communications to regional offices, CMP-Mobilizers, nongovernment organizations, stakeholders, and other partners;
  • Screens phone calls, routes and receives documents, and acknowledges and relays emails.
  • Promptly lists requests/schedules of meetings in the calendar of the department;
  • Maintains documents, information, and other confidential data relevant to the operation;
  • Performs other functions, tasks, duties, and responsibilities in furtherance of the Group targets.
