Job Descriptions:

  • Generally responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments.
  • Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests.
  • Clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices.
  • Sort, code and match invoices.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare analysis of accounts.
  • Maintain vendor files.
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
  • Other work assignments assigned by the immediate superior.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Preferably bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
  • Preferably with experience in general, basic accounting work (finance-related role) and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management Skills, ability to meet deadlines and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficient in data entry and management entry.
  • Willing to be assigned in Hafele Main office (Levi Mariano Ave. Taguig City)
