The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Associate Director to play a crucial role in our cybersecurity team. With state-of-the-art lab facilities, ongoing training, and a diverse range of work, we offer an environment that encourages professional growth and development.

As an Associate Director, you will lead a team of highly talented technical security consultants in their day-to-day work, aid in the implementation of long-term business strategies, and work across various business functions to achieve results. Responsibilities include financial management, he management and development of strategic accounts, and the successful resolution of external and internal escalated issues.

Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading large internal teams, driving utilization and quality
  • Building strong client relationships and providing complex sales support
  • Leading management and development of strategic accounts
  • Resolving escalated issues for strategic accounts
  • Financial management for immediate team
  • Implementing aspects of long-term business strategies

Requirements:

  • Extensive security consultancy experience across different industries
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and provide complex sales support
  • Leadership and management of large internal teams
  • Capability ownership and development
  • Basic understanding of P&L and strong business acumen
  • Strong understanding of core cybersecurity services and technology domains
  • Effective communication, creative thinking, problem-solving, and resourcefulness
  • Continuous development of professional qualifications aligned with the practice area
  • Emphasis on leadership and management, working across various business areas
  • Focused on managing and developing strategic accounts, resolving escalated issues
  • Practicing lead with deep expertise as a subject matter expert in one or more core/technology domains, recognized internally and externally.
