As the Operations and HR Manager, you will play a vital role in our organization's success. Your responsibilities will include:

Operations:

  • Manage, facilitate, direct, and coordinate new location buildouts, including creating GANTT charts for opening timelines, ordering materials, signage, and coordinating vendors.
  • Responsible for Human Resource/Legal compliance, as well as operational, technical, and program performance.
  • Oversee and enhance detailing and car wash operations, helping employees to meet set goals, maintain quality standards, fulfill contractual obligations, and satisfy customer requirements while upholding company standards.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for all services we provide and operations the job requires.
  • Build from scratch a company CRM, automating as much of the Operations and HR as possible.

Human Resource Functions:

  • Manage, facilitate, direct, and coordinate existing and new location staff-ups, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of all staff, and developing training materials and procedures.
  • Write job descriptions for each position needed.
  • Post on various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify candidates who align with the company's values and objectives.
  • Design and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Stay current on HR laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance with employment legislation.
  • Manage legal aspects of HR, including but not limited to employment contracts, terminations, and workplace investigations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in operations, with a strong emphasis on management and human resource functions.
  • Human Resource Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of HR principles, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues, propose effective solutions, and drive process improvements.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

MUSTS:

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 and up).
  • Availability to work 40 hrs/week in the U.S. Timezone.

Experience:

  • Operations Management: 5 years (Required)
  • HR Operations: 3 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90, Php110,000.00 per month
