Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes overseeing project management, client interactions, team performance, and process improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. The role demands strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of construction processes and BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the company to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple construction-related projects, ensuring all are completed to client specifications and standards.
  • Allocate resources effectively and manage project timelines.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and implement necessary adjustments.

Client Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team, including project managers, supervisors, and support staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
  • Prepare financial reports and present to senior management.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline operations and reduce waste.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all operations activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, preferably in the construction or BPO industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and BPO operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
