Team Leader for BPO

Job Summary: The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of agents in a pioneering account within our BPO operations. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to the successful launch and stabilization of the new account.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance goals and maintain high morale.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and provide feedback.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing coaching and development as needed.

2. **Performance Monitoring:

  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement action plans to address performance gaps and optimize efficiency.

3. **Training and Development:

  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they understand account-specific processes and quality standards.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

4. **Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and effective resource utilization.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support for the new account.

5. **Client Interaction:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to provide updates on performance and discuss strategic initiatives.

6. **Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.

  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts as required by the business.

Pay: Php35, Php38,000.00 per month
