  • Tasks and methods are clearly defined for consistency.

Leadership Role:

Communication Abilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Receives, processes, and ensures proper document classification and transmission to clients.
  • Manages outbound client correspondence processing as required.
  • Handles documents in electronic and hard copy formats for processing.
  • Organizes, images, and archives documents by type.
  • Identifies and categorizes documents for information database creation.
  • Classifies documents according to contract specifications.
  • Extracts data according to client needs.
  • Validates data from automated tools.
  • Transmits processed data to the appropriate channels.
  • Executes additional assigned duties in compliance with policies and standards.
