Operations Admin Associate

- Guide and assist clients in submitting necessary documents for BIR permit processing
- Act as the liaison between clients and BIR, facilitating smooth communication and timely processing
- Manage follow-ups with BIR and clients, ensuring swift and accurate processing
- Address client inquiries and concerns related to permit processing
- Update and maintain trackers for accurate record-keeping
- Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients' BIR-related concerns
- Cultivate relationships with various mall point persons for strategic expansion
- Collaborate with key contacts for mall hook-ups, including IT and mall teams
- Process incoming mall hook-ups and accreditations efficiently
- Support clients in their usage of the POS system within mall premises, addressing concerns as needed
- Ensure compliance with mall regulations and requirements
- Foster effective communication between UTAK POS and mall stakeholders
- Contribute to the growth of UTAK's accreditation in multiple malls
- Experience in business, communication, compliance, processing, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving concerns
- Comfortable handling calls and corresponding through text, email, and chats
- Previous experience in customer service, compliance, or a related role is preferred
- Proficient in maintaining accurate records and trackers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions simultaneously
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with BIR processes and mall accreditation is advantageous
