We are looking for a temporary Billing & Documentation Staff who are responsible in billing and documentation. He/She will be handling the client billing and to ensure billing KPIs are met and to reduce the unbilled jobs. The ideal candidate will be ensuring that the operation billing end to end process runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Posting billings and costs in RA-1 accurately and on time.Prepares transmittal of created billings and supported documents.Ensure accruals are properly posted Proper filing of job folders and other related documentsCheck the Correctness of Invoices and the data input in the system to ensure the accuracy of the final billResponsible for the Creation and booking of AR & AP Invoices in FMS SystemPrepare monthly Accrual report for submission to Operations ManagerPosting of cost both Consolidator and Agents billing Invoice to FMS SystemMonitor the availability of cheques for payment to the consolidatorFor COD basis, scan a copy of the billing Invoice to the consignee and or broker based on the standard destination charges.Prepare and creates journal vouchers for the manager’s approval and for payment to the consolidator and sub-contractor.For Sales Account shipments billed to clients based on the updated SI. For clients with Credit terms, segregates the billing Invoice including attachments, and forward it to Accounting Department for collection.Finance-relating document creation in operational systems, such as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.Responsible for creating financial documents like credit memos and invoices for customers to receive.The job role may include other reasonable duties/tasks from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes

Knowledge of local and international freight services and customs policies. In-depth knowledge of IncotermsExperience in Pricing and Procurement-related topics.Familiar with industry-standard programs and able to operate standard systems relevant to the position.High level of capability, customer service mindset, and data analytical approach.Highly motivated to learn new processes, receive feedback, and work independently.Minimal supervision to complete tasks.Highly trainable, approachable, and professional working attitude.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience working as an Operations billing staffAttention to detail with high degree of accuracyBachelor’s degree in Logistics/ Transport Management/ Supply Chain or related field3-5 years of experience working in freight forwarding or a related industryProficient in Microsoft Office, with the aptitude to learn new software and systemsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work off hours or overtime on short noticeHighly motivated and detail-oriented team player and dedicated to providing high-quality customer serviceExcellent communication skills in English (and local language) both verbal and written.Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
