Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares, integrates and puts together the Construction Project Management (CPM) Plan for the Project and ensures that this is disseminated to all parties involved in the project.Leads the CPM Team in conducting design reviews to ensure that the Design Consultants properly document the Owner’s requirements.Ensures that an effective site safety and health program is being implemented for the project in accordance with the stipulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards of the Department of Labor and Employment.Handle overall project scheduling and monitors the contractors’ individual project schedules establishing critical milestone dates to ensure timely project completion.Reviews, approves and endorses Estimates, Budget and Cost Reports to the Managing Director.Responsible for the timely execution of all activities for pre-qualification, bidding, negotiation, and awarding of contracts.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

Must be a licensed Civil Engineer/Architect.With at least ten (10) years of relevant experience in Construction Project Management for a High Rise building. Knowledgeable in People, Project, and Stakeholder Management.Knowledgeable on Project Scheduling Software and Design Software.Knowledgeable about Construction Software, such as ProCore.
