Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management & Coordination: Provide high-level support to the Project Manager in overseeing site management, civil inspections, and project coordination.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly site reports/diaries, tracking project progress and highlighting areas of concern.
  • Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance: Ensure that quality and safety standards are upheld throughout the construction process.
  • Coordination of Inspections: Supervise all civil and electrical quality inspections and site testing.
  • Document Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of construction-related documents, including Construction Work Packages (CWP).
  • Interface with Clients: Act as the primary point of contact for client queries related to civil and electrical construction.
  • Meetings & Communication: Facilitate and attend regular meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Project Budget & Schedule Management: Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the project's budget and timeframe.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in construction management, with proven experience overseeing large-scale projects.
  • Skills: Strong capabilities in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to navigate construction challenges.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
