Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Duties

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day management of construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications.Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead project teams, including subcontractors, consultants, and internal departments.Quality Control: Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to provide updates and resolve issues.Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure that risks are managed appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and report on key milestones, making necessary adjustments to the plan as required.Change Management: Manage variations and changes in scope, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.Site Measurements & Valuations: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quantities, and value completed works.Final Accounts: Prepare and agree on final accounts with contractors, ensuring all payments are justified and final settlements are completed.

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. A board licensure is required. 

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management ideally within the construction industry.Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and building regulations.Excellent financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and cost control effectively.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Personal Attributes:

High attention to details and accuracy.Strong leadership abilities with a proactive and can-do attitude.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Working Conditions: 

This role may require working on-site at various locations for extended periods.Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
