Ecolab recherche un Pest Service Specialist pour son équipe d'élimination des nuisibles leader de l'industrie. Dans ce rôle, vous fournirez des solutions de détection, d'élimination et de prévention rapides et économiques sur un territoire établi d'entreprises clientes. Vous fournirez une protection de marque 24h sur 24 à vos clients, incluant restaurants, hôtels, hôpitaux, centres de séjour, établissements scolaires, grands magasins, et usines de produits alimentaires.  Vous utiliserez votre expertise en vente et service pour développer les performances d'Ecolab Pest Elimination.

Vos activités :

  • Ãtablir des relations de travail efficaces avec une variété de clients, créer avec eux un partenariat basé sur les meilleures pratiques pour identifier et résoudre des problèmes de nuisibles.
  • Suivre les offres de produits/ services, l'évolution de l'industrie, pour améliorer les services et les ventes de solutions de prévention/d'élimination des nuisibles.
  • Utiliser des équipements informatiques portables pour gérer le service et documenter des problèmes structuraux, de désinfection et de nuisibles.
  • Fournir un service de traitement et d'inspection de la qualité pour dépasser les attentes et les spécifications des clients. 
  • Fournir aux clients des justificatifs de service écrits et des conseils pour maintenir leurs locaux sans nuisibles.
  • Utiliser des pesticides conformément aux recommandations des étiquettes et maintenir la conformité à la législation.
  • Planifier des itinéraires de travail efficaces et productifs, et délivrer un niveau de service à 100%.           
  • Présenter des rapports et autres documents avec précision et en respectant les échéances.

Qualifications minimales :

  • Qualifications du cycle secondaire ou tests d'évaluation en éducation générale (GED)
  • Vous devez pouvoir travailler avec une équipe de nuit ou pendant les week-ends.
  • Vous êtes disposé à participer volontairement au service d'astreinte pendant les heures non-ouvrées et les week-ends selon les besoins.
  • Vous devez pouvoir travailler et être à l'aise dans des conditions très diverses, incluant les espaces confinés, les lieux humides et poussiéreux, dans le froid ou la chaleur.
  • Permis de conduire valide avec un historique acceptable (selon les cas).

Critères physiques :

  • Vous devez pouvoir soulever/ pousser/ tirer/ porter jusqu'à 35 kg à hauteur de la poitrine.
  • Vous devez pouvoir travailler et être à l'aise dans des conditions très diverses, incluant les espaces confinés, les lieux humides et poussiéreux, dans la chaleur ou le froid glacial.
  • Vous devez pouvoir bouger physiquement et prendre diverses positions, tels que soulever, se pencher, s'agenouiller, s'accroupir, atteindre en extension, toucher avec les doigts, rester en équilibre, rester debout, parler et écouter.
  • Vous devez pouvoir utiliser un système de protection respiratoire.
  • Ãtre titulaire de la certification d'élimination des nuisibles et/ou une licence professionnelle conforme au pays ou à la législation locale/ Ãtat : INSERT CERTIFICATION NAME(S)
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam (where applicable by law)

Qualifications souhaitées :

  • Expérience du service client
  • Aptitude à la vente de produits à valeur ajoutée à des clients existants
  • Expérience des itinéraires ou du secteur de l'élimination des nuisibles
  • Aptitude à planifier ou organiser votre travail avec une supervision limitée, avec expérience du travail sur le terrain
