Oversee QA/QC for Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and HVAC installation and testing. Prepare pre-construction needs such as a method statement and an inspection and test plan in accordance with the project specifications. Examine and analyze incoming items in accordance with approved submittals and project specifications.Prepare documents, including inspection requests, for client approval. Conduct site visits and inspections, and coordinate installation activities with other construction trades. Generate Nonconformity Reports for infractions of approved Quality processes, standards, and drawings.Keep track of all construction activities to ensure compliance with necessary procedures, project specifications, and approved design and drawings. Keep files of approved documentation such method statements, ITP, and drawings. Observe testing activities and produce documentation for client submission.Verify material bill of quantities in accordance with on-site installation and authorized inspection requestProvide the client with all necessary supporting documentation for project invoicing. On-site verification and inspection of red-lined drawings and as-built drawings. Conduct pre-commissioning activities for all systems handled. Begin closing out punch list items relevant to quality assurance and associated with the systems handled. Prepare and submit reports, including the compilation and scanning of QC-related documents for final handover to the client.Create engineering specifications and preliminary HVAC designs for diverse projects. Compile engineering specs, layouts, and design calculations.Plan and carry out project duties in coordination with other disciplines. Provide cost estimates and material takeoffs. Make sure all finished projects adhere to the terms of the contract. Perform visual site inspections and collaborate with owners and contractors to carry out the project.Utilize expertise in mechanical design, load calculations, pipe and duct sizing, and the selection of materials and equipment, HVAC systems, including ventilation, split type, chilled water, air ducting, and VRF equipment. Make use of computer-aided design applicationsDevelop material and equipment specifications and decipher engineering design drawings.

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Mechanical and Electrical Engineering; Must have PRC LicenseAt least 3-5 years work experience in the related fieldWilling to be assigned in Head Office - Quezon City
