FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or related field At least 2 years of doing data analysis – Sales, Marketing, ManufacturingProficiency in MS Office Applications.Strong MS Excel SkillsExperience with Power BI, Salesforce and/or DomoExperience with SQL Strong communication skillsAdvanced problem solving and analysis skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills (able to directly interface with current White-Rodgers managers via telephone and e-mail correspondenceHigh Level of organization and details-orientation

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

 

The Lead Specialist, Comfort Control Sales Operation role is a full- time professional position that supports the Comfort Control Sales department sales initiatives by providing analytical support for centralized marketing, sales, pricing and CRM operations. The role is responsible for the four pillars of Sales Operations: Performance, Technology, Strategy and Operations for both inside sales, outside sales, and data analytics. It has strong focus on identifying needs and visualizing sales trends and will be the bridge between data analytics and sales.

 

- Provides analytical support with centralized marketing, sales, CRM (salesforce, power BI), and operational data for a wide range of projects including operational program design and evaluation. 

- Collaboratively work with data analytics/sales to develop and visualize performance measurement tools in PowerBI and Salesforce and deploy to sales teams

- Acquire and manipulate data from the organization's central data lake and source systems. 

- Conduct in-depth data cleansing to prepare data for analysis to understand problems and address them proactively

- Designs intermediate level studies, models, reports, dashboards, and analyses. 

- Responsible for running accurate daily/weekly reports from internal and external sources and providing updates as part of ongoing reporting 

- Review and develop statistical analyses on all Sales Agreements and Net Terms, providing accurate and detailed report to support strategic decisions based around rebates and buying programs

- Identify and implement new technologies for customer facing sales acceleration opportunities

- PIM Project Leader across all channels: Data/Product/Internal Support and Spreadsheets

- Assist senior team members interpret data and analyze both qualitative and quantitative results from multiple data platforms, including individual CRM systems, work force management systems, QA monitoring reporting, and data visualization systems.
