Reports To: Front Desk Manager

Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Assistant Intern at Double One, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in hospitality and administrative tasks within a vibrant coworking and coliving space. You will assist in managing guest inquiries, handling reservations, and supporting daily front desk operations while gaining valuable skills in customer service and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction: Greet and check-in/check-out guests in a friendly and professional manner. Address guest inquiries, provide information about the facility, and offer assistance with special requests.Reservations Management: Assist with managing reservations, updating booking systems, and handling cancellations or modifications as needed.Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.Facility Coordination: Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure facility upkeep.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving guest concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.Daily Reporting: Assist with daily reporting tasks, including tracking guest feedback and summarizing operational metrics.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience. Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
