Responsibilities

Perform data retrieval and backups from the company database Update data in our company database, ensuring timely and error-free processing Conduct verification and validation of data entry through cross-referencing to maintain the integrity of the database Collecting and digitising data such as invoices, cancelled bills, client information, and financial statements Collaborate with team members to identify and rectify data discrepancies Adhere to data confidentiality and security protocols, safeguarding sensitive information Assist in daily finance operations such as invoice, credits and refunds processing based on company Standard Operating Procedures Collaborate with internal stakeholders: sales, operations, management locally and cross countries Assist in comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis Undertake any other finance-related matters or ad-hoc projects

Requirements

At least a Bachelors Degree in any business courses 0-2 years of relevant experience, exposure in technology company is an advantage Experience in data entry role is a plus Experience in using Microsoft Office and G Suite Experience in accounting software (i.e. Xero) is a plus Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure Organised and detailed oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
