Position: Pharmaceutical Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of pharmaceutical maintenance operations, ensuring the facility, equipment, and machinery are functioning optimally.Lead and motivate a diverse team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and engineering to ensure seamless maintenance operations.Ensure compliance with GMP standards, safety regulations, and quality policies in all maintenance activities.Monitor maintenance performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve maintenance and production objectives.Drive initiatives for process optimization, technology implementation, and innovation to enhance the reliability and efficiency of the maintenance department.Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in maintenance operations.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in pharmaceutical maintenance management, with a track record of success in leading teams and ensuring equipment reliability.Strong understanding of cGMP regulations, maintenance best practices, and quality management systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.Results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
