Job Description

The Storekeeper is mainly responsible for the general management and maintenance of the company’s storeroom which includes but is not limited to, stocking of operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records, coordination with purchasing, and related duties as required. 

Job Responsibilities

Receives supply requests from different departments.Plans and performs work that involves receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment.Rotates stock and arranges for disposal of surpluses.Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels using the Netsuite systemReceives, stores, and issues supplies and equipment and compiles records of supply transactionsVerifies that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices.Inventories supplies and equipment needed for company use

Job Qualifications

College Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management and other related courses.With a work background in a pharmaceutical company holding a storekeeper role, preferred but not required.Must have at least 6 months of relevant work experience in supply management and inventory.
