Provide support in developing the IT digital strategy and policy. Prepare presentations/documents/reports/dashboards (e.g. ITDC / DMSC materials and hub site updates, special CAPEX program completion reports, WPBF, work plans, business case summaries). Conduct analysis on submitted data to assist in getting the most insight out of available data and aid ITD Management in their decision-making process. Perform spot audits to ensure accuracy, validity and completeness of information. Coordinate with the different groups in ITD in consolidating the required reports Keep track of ITD Management, ITDC and DMSC decisions and monitor activities to ensure compliance to these decisions. Monitor initiatives under IWG, EAG and CAB and provide summary updates to be reported to ITD management. Prepare draft memoranda and internal correspondence in compliance with client's standards. Create meeting minutes, action list and liaise with staff on relevant issues. Conduct follow-ups on the appropriate post-meeting action to ensure implementation of decisions arising from meetings. Document, track and consolidate ITD achievements. This will be part of the reports submitted to Client ManagementAdminister, monitor and update content in various collaboration facilities, as inputs to the preparation of management dashboards. Organize executive level governance events such as ITDC & DMSC meetings, ITD Retreats, IFI Meetings, etc. Support digital outreach initiatives including research, submission and management of nomination packages, and preparation of presentations and messages related to industry awards and recognitions (e.g. CIO 100, IDC Awards, Asian Banker Awards, etc.) Support Director General communications and updates published in the ITD newsletterOther details:
