Responsibilities:-Shall provide technical/administrative to the HRAD Head in the implementation and development of HR programs;-Facilitates processing of all company and government-mandated benefits such as Philhealth, SSS, HMDF (Pag-ibig)-Maintains accurate timekeeping, attendance-related records for the purpose of payroll distribution-Prepares inter-office memorandums and facilitates distribution to different department units-Provides accurate information regarding manpower headcount, employment status of employees, etc.-Maintains the accuracy of all company records thru effective filing of all employee documents and records-Encodes information of newly hired employees to orient/enroll them on the existing HRIS systemQualifications:-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.-Has at least one (1) year of working experience in performing activities pertaining to recruitment, and/or employee relations-Has good communication skills-Familiarity with the Philippine Labor Code, as well as other pertinent labor laws is an advantage-Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
