Clinical Trainer

The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs within Access Healthcare's Utilization Management account. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Utilization Management, Clinical Denials, and Appeals, with a focus on enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate comprehensive training materials and programs related to Utilization Management, Clinical Denials, and Appeals.Evaluate the training needs of team members and tailor programs accordingly.Monitor and assess the performance of clinical staff post-training, providing feedback and support as needed.Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and compliant.Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in clinical operations and training processes.Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical queries related to Utilization Management and Denials/Appeals.Support the onboarding process for new clinical staff, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and orientation.Prepare reports and documentation related to training programs and staff development.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.Current/Active Nursing license is a must.3 to 5 years of experience in Utilization Management, Clinical Denials, and Appeals.Previous experience in training or instructional design in a healthcare BPO setting preferred.Strong understanding of US healthcare regulations and compliance standards.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to assess and analyze training needs effectively.Proficient in using training software and tools.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.-
