Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives with a background in healthcare to join our growing team. The successful candidate will handle patient inquiries, resolve billing issues, and provide excellent support to ensure a positive experience for our clients and their patients. This role is based on-site with a fixed night shift schedule, offering weekends off.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient billing, insurance claims, and general inquiries.Assist patients in understanding their billing statements and resolve any discrepancies.Provide accurate and timely information to patients and healthcare providers.Process payments, set up payment plans, and handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions in our CRM system.Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, call handling time, and resolution rates.Continuously update knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and company procedures.Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in the healthcare industry.Strong understanding of healthcare billing, insurance processes, and patient communication.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.Availability to work a fixed night shift with weekends off.A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.What We Offer:
