I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:


a. Develops and implement beverage program for the whole Division by creating appropriate drink listing and competitive pricing, concocting classic and unique cocktails, and overall beverage menu establishment to ensure brand positioning is met and business targets are achieved.
b. Maintains over all beverage inventories and products offered by constantly reviewing market trends, product movements,
c. Oversees the central beverage production by managing daily operations, quality control, monitoring stock level in order to ensure the beverage being produced are at optimum quality that is being served to the guests.
d. Manages Outlet’s daily bar operations by checking, and monitoring the quality and standard of beverage and drink service offered to the guest, and ensuring optimum stock levels in order to make sure that guest satisfaction is beyond expectation at the same time minimizing guests’ complaints and achieving daily sales targets.
e. Monitors division’s beverage cost by reviewing data, cost control measures, variance control, precise and accurate inventories to ensure maximum profitability. 
f. Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment to both employees and guests by strictly enforcing Okada Manila Food Safety Management System (OMFSMS) and Okada Manila Security standards to ensure the welfare of all concerned parties.
g. Builds guests and business relationship by engaging, meeting and interacting in a professional and courteous manner in order to expand network, obtain regular guests and develop business.
h. Prepares daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports by using historical data, market trends and forecasting in order to analyze and monitor current beverage business and make appropriate action and recommendation.
i. Provides and communicate valuable information within the Department in a timely manner through effective means of communication and by attending and conducting briefings and meetings in order to align and ensure the unity of the Outlet with the Department in achieving set goals and targets.
j. Performs any other responsibilities and tasks related to Food and Beverage Service as assigned by the immediate superior 
 II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:


Educational Requirement:

College graduateDegree in hotel and restaurant management is an advantage

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years managerial experience in a well-known and successful freestanding or 5 star hotel bar

Leadership Skills:

People ManagementFlexibility and MultitaskingDecision Making

Technical Skills:

Beverage operations and administrationMenu engineering and costing, mixology, spiritsBeer, tea or coffee knowledge is a plus

Other Qualifications:

Positive role model, possess good interpersonal skills, customer serviceAble to work on shifts and flexible regarding work schedules based on business demandsFluent in oral and written in EnglishGood understanding of the local languagesKnowledge of other language is an advantage
