About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Loan Acquisition and Operations Specialist (Korean) to join our team at the Industrial Bank of Korea Manila Branch in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in managing the end-to-end loan acquisition and operations process, leveraging your expertise in the client and sales administration domain.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of loan applications from Korean clientsConduct thorough credit assessments and liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely loan approvalsManage the documentation and disbursement of approved loans, ensuring compliance with policies and regulationsProvide exceptional customer service to Korean clients throughout the loan application and servicing processCollaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new loan opportunitiesMaintain detailed records and generate reports on loan acquisition and operations activitiesStay updated on industry regulations and trends to continuously improve processes and services

What we're looking for

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Strong proficiency in the  English and Korean language, both written and verbal.  Knowledge of Filipino language is a plus but not required.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial informationExceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skillsRelevant certifications or qualifications in banking, finance or a related field would be an advantage
