What You’ll be Doing

Looking to hire great talent and contribute to people enhance their careers in a value driven global organization? You'll meet recruiting targets to support specific client needs. You'll work with the recruiting team to coordinate recruiting efforts. This may include community sourcing, screening resumes and applications, scheduling onsite interviews, helping complete reference checks, background checks, drug tests, and completing paperwork for each new hire. Ready to guarantee a positive experience for every candidate?

You’ll report to Talent Acquisition Manager. You'll contribute to the success of the business through your recruitment efforts.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

Be a brand ambassador throughout the applicant's journey and deliver a positive candidate experienceMeet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting tasksReview applications and update applicant data in application tracking systemWork with multiple teamsPrepare recruitment reportsChampion the Employee Referral ProgramFoster an inclusive team and environment through your recruitment efforts

What You Bring to the Role

Completed college degree, candidate with background in Psychology and Human Resources is a plus but not requiredOpen to all newbies or with recruitment experienceExperience with administrative skillsBring your attention for structure and accuracy to hit goals and meet targetsCommunicate well with othersArticulate, interact, and understand client needs and expectationsLead by example and mentor with your ethical judgment
