Perform manual and automated data entry tasks.Organize and manage receipts, accounting documents, and records.Manage year-end audit documentation and ensure accuracy.Handle financial data entry, including internal expenses.Comfort with working with numbers and financial data.Use QuickBooks for accounting tasks.Transcribe information as needed.Demonstrate proactive behavior and willingness to handle various tasks.Ensure clarity and accuracy in all documentation, with attention to good handwriting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)Accounting background and experience with QuickBooks.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in manual and automated data entry.Proactive attitude and willingness to tackle diverse tasks.Ability to work on an extendable 3 months contract.Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
