  •          Responsible for processing routine to complex transactions/queries over the phone, via e-mail, or social media platforms
  •          Provides solutions to routine to moderately complex problems and inquiries
  •          Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  •          Escalates difficult problems to more senior representatives.
  •          Refers recommendations exceeding authority levels and/or items unable to meet resolution to management for review
  •          Acts as a representative to resolve customer disputes; negotiates and helps process settlements
  •          Shows positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  •          Helps conduct account maintenance, report generation, and project work
  •          Learn and familiarize about the different products/services offered by AP Cargo
  •          Helps generate sales by assessing customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
  •          Opens customer accounts by recording account information and updating as needed
  •          Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  •          Ensures identified risks and/or problems are clearly documented
  •          Conduct research on the latest developments in logistics and information systems and technology as needed
  •          Performs related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time
  •          Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers
  •          Lives out the Vision, Mission and Values of the organization
  •          Adhere to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions and protocols on Good Warehousing Practice (GWP), Good Transport Practice (GTP), service quality, safety, security, business continuity, etc.
