Qualifications & experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (experience with Shopee is a plus). Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. A genuine interest in stationery and a creative mindset.
Tasks & responsibilities
Support Shopee Operations: Manage our online store on Shopee, including product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment. Customer ServiceMarketing and Sales: Assist with promotional campaignsGeneral Office Administration: Support daily tasks like data entry, record maintenance
