About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at R AND F MULTI SALE AND SERVICES CORPORATION in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.

What you'll be doingMaintaining and organizing electronic and physical filing systemsHandling document scanning, printing, copying and distributionProviding administrative support to the management team and other departments as neededPerforming data entry and basic bookkeeping tasksAnswering and directing incoming phone calls and inquiriesOrdering and managing office suppliesAssisting with various ad-hoc administrative projects

What we're looking forProven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative roleStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of office procedures and practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
