An Information Systems, is a specialist responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s ERP system. This role involves understanding and translating the process requirements of various business units into the ERP system to enhance efficiency and functionality.

 

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze process requirements.

2. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the ERP system.

3. Coordinate with external vendors for ERP-related services and support. (e.g. customization works)

4. Configure and customize the ERP system to meet business needs.

5. Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure system functionality.

6. Provide technical support and training to end-users.

7. Monitor and troubleshoot ERP system issues.

8. Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.

9. Stay updated with the latest ERP system upgrades and enhancements

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related business course e.g. AccountancyProven experience in managing ERP systems (e.g. D365 Microsoft Dynamics AX2012).Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis. (specially in Order to Cash (OTC) process is a plus)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in configuring and customizing ERP systems.Experience with database management and data analysis, is a plus.Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
