RESPONSIBILITIES• Schedule appointments, maintain and update CEOs' and senior executive’s daily calendar.• Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.• Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgement and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.• Coordinate travel arrangements, booking flights, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports of CEO and senior executives.• Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly.• Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.• Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative.• Develop and foster excellent working relationships at all levels of the organization.• Provide administrative support if needed.• Act as a point of contact between the employer and other individuals, both internally and externally.• Assist with personal errands and arrangements as needed.• Other duties that may be assignedWORK REQUIREMENTS• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree.• With experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.• Ability to coordinate and plan travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.• Attention to detail in handling tasks, managing schedules, and organizing information.• Proactive in taking on responsibilities and identifying ways to improve efficiency.• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.• Preferably living in Parañaque, Muntinlupa, Taguig and Las Piñas.• Willing to work on extended hours/holidays/weekends
