Administration Officer

Role 1: Document and Records Management
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documentsEnsure all files, records, and documents are accurate and up to date.Make sure all documents are filed correctly, both physically and digitally.Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
Role 2: Coordination and Communication
Ensuring smooth operations by communicating with suppliers, vendors, customers, and service providers including but not limited to 3rd party logistics and 3rd party delivery companies like Lalamove, etc.Handling and coordinating logistics operations, including booking, scheduling and cost management of third-party deliveries.
Role 3: Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Administrative Support
Assist in creating Odoo transactions related to processing sales orders and deliveries.Assist in the expense, supply chain, and administrative management activities including but not limited to the creation of transactions in Odoo.Assist in analyzing inventory transactions and expenses.Handle and process invoices, receipts, and reimbursementsAssist the HR department with hiring, managing personnel, and processing payroll.
Role 4: Project Support
Provide administrative support for special projects and initiativesHelp out in the planning and coordination of company events and activities

Perform other related tasks as assigned by management________________________
Required Qualifications
Trust-worthyHard-workingGood attention to detailStrong communication and leadership skillsStrong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitudeHas time management skillsAt least 2 to 3 years experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar roleExperience in a similar field is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.Excellence knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications
