  • Performing general maintenance tasks in the office premise such as cleaning of tables, chairs, floors, doors, equipment, etc.
  • Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
  • Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance, with HQ approval
  • Responding and attending to Outsourced HQ concerns
  • Stock control
    • Acceptance and checking of supplies and equipment upon delivery
    • Endorsing documents to FA Custodian – Eastwood
    • Issuance of equipment to staff
    • Safekeeping of stock/equipment and performing inventory
    • Keeping supplies clean and organized
    • Making and installing new furniture or equipment in coordination with HQ Admin & IT
    • IT support
      • Assist HQ IT, if necessary, to conduct IT support remotely
      • Maintaining records of any work done on office premise
      • Performs other related duties as assigned.
