Job Description:

 

Assists in installation projects, both in erection and electrical wiring, automation, mechatronics and PLC systems or OEM systems of all equipment based on prepared plans, schematic drawings with coordination from OEMs or technical providers.Attend to all equipment failures in production and performs the necessary repairs and troubleshooting.Performs maintenance and repair of equipment or machinery based on scheduled maintenance plan covering PLC, Mechatronics, Automation and Electronics or Electrical issues of the machineries, auxiliaries and ancillaries and production lines.Monitor, maintain and coordinate all plant utilities such as electric power, water, air compressors, air conditioning units, LPG tank, industrial fans and telephones internally or with third party providers.Guard, check, record, monitor actual loading and accepts delivery of Liquified Petroleum GasPerform building and ground maintenance such as repairing of water leaks on pipelines and water faucets, wire management and all other building and ground repairs.  Recommend, prepare and track list of materials as needed or required to ensure machine and line fitness.Monitor, measure, report and provide inputs for improvements for Energy consumptions ( air, water, fuel and electricity) on a periodic basis as required by his Superior.Any additional work or activities assigned by superior that is aligned with the technical principle and scope of his job designation.
