Project Engineer for Land Development - shall be responsible for managing contractors land development construction activities in our projects. They shall monitor the timely completion of the project within agreed quality standards.

 

Qualifications / Required Experience

Must be a graduate of BS Civil EngineeringPRC license is an advantage but not a requirementAt least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in construction site supervision of a residential development company with excellent hands-on construction skills (horizontal projects)Experience in supervising construction projects with an excellent understanding of civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing workHands-on experience with directing the activities of contractors and crews in both horizontal land development and vertical constructionAbility to organize resources (time, materials, labor), multi-task, and supervise numerous crews handling a variety of tasksGood judgment and analytical skills in order to evaluate issues that occur in the field and be able to determine proper corrective actionProficient in reviewing and reading engineering drawingsThorough knowledge of local Building and Engineering CodesUnderstanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazardsGood interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skillsMust be willing to be employed on a project-based employment contractMust be willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna or Tanza, Cavite
