Electrical Engineer Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure all electrical appurtenances such as motorized sliding doors, tower lights, AMIDA, generators, electrical panel boards, fire alarm and smoke detector, lightings and power outlets, transformers, street lights and ATS control panel and/or components are in normal operating conditions;
2. Supervise electrical installation works both for in-house and external projects;
3. Supports and streamline all electrical requirements necessary to the projects before the procurement;
4. Ensure that all preventive maintenance for all UPS installed in Toll Plazas and OCC and fire alarm system are being implemented by the service providers;
5. Supervise troubleshooting works on whole electrical wiring of Toll Plazas and OCC;
6. Supervise troubleshooting works of electrical motor control;
7. Prepare electrical design and cost estimate for in-house and external projects;
8. Supervise and assists electricians on-duty in conducting repair works, installation works and troubleshooting on whole electrical system;
9. Liaises with other Department within the company whenever necessary for the betterment of the MESD;
10. Drives company light / service vehicles.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND/WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. Licensed Electrical Engineer;
2. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in supervisory capacity.
