Department: Technical Services

Reporting to: Product Technical Manager

 

As a TSE - Product Recovery, you are responsible for the overall operation involving product repairs, product rework, product recovery, and product disposal. 

 

Other responsibilities include: 

Check and monitor all product repairs, item subject for technician’s assembly, check-ups (appearance and functionality) and recoveriesMaintains records by updating account information related to product recovery and repair Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaints; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem Monitors proper disposal of defective items/products and ensures proper segregation of wastesContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

 

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, Mechanical, or Industrial EngineeringAt least two years of experience in the same role, if any Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Licensed is an advantage) Customer service experience is an advantage
