Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Define strategy and manage a long-term vision and portfolio of initiatives to improve business results through creating world-class metrics, analysis, visualizations, and data-driven storytelling Lead a team of data analysts and data scientists with a focus on skill development, coaching, as well as maintain a high performing team. Delivers high value data interpretation and predictive analysis performance data to recognize historical trends that can be used to forecast probable results.Identifies responses to patterns, turning data into information, information into action and action into value.Lead and own projects from conception through to production and post-production support.Build machine learning models through all phases of development, from design through training, evaluation, validation and implementation
 

Qualifications: 

Experience implementing or operating an organization’s Governance model Developing a high performing team with the ability to lead in a matrixed environment Experience driving large scale data transformations with competing priorities and initiatives to deliver optimal capabilitiesPrior people management experience is requiredExperience operating in a matrix global framework is requiredCreating a direct and indirect organization with a culture of global customer focus and the ability to deliverAbility to shape, creating a future vision and gaining support and alignment to that vision • Attracting and developing superior talentBuilding interdependent partnerships, acting as the mediator between organizations while optimizing the value propositionAnalytical skills and experience leading risk-based oversight programsOrganizational change management experienceExecutive presentation skillsCollaborative approach and ability to connectAbility to managing complexity and ambiguityBifocal approach - ability to zoom-in/zoom-out for strategic and tactical, high-level and detailed, etc. Ability to lead in the context of Our Credo.Analytical and strategic thinkerStrong presentation skills; can speak across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse audienceAdvanced knowledge of data governance practices including data QA, taxonomy, data & platform integration, etc.

 

Core skills needed: 

Experienced in data processing in any SAP platform, preferably SAP HANAExperienced in Salesforce Case ManagementData Processing and Analysis skills, including data quality, data cleansing, data entryPossesses Continuous Improvement / innovations / automation mindsetWith Strong Stakeholder Engagement skillsNice to have: Data Reporting and Visualization skills viaTableau or PowerBIProcess automation via Power Platforms

Shift - Mid ShiftHybrid Arrangement (2-3x Work onsite per week)Location is in ParanaqueThe client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection
