Qualifications:

Must be knowledgeable in US GAAP & IFRS8+ years of accounting experience with percentage of completion revenue recognition; at least 3-5 years of which on a leadership (Controllership/Managerial capacity)Prior experience in managing US clients/US transactionsPrior experience with Contract AccountingAbility to leverage strengths of the current finance team members, help to clarify roles and responsibilities and develop and implement training programs to maximize and reach optimal individual and organizational goalsHighly analytical, solutions oriented and see the “big picture”Excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills to explain results and proposals across varying levels of experience within the organizationStrong understanding of multi-currency accountingMust have prior in experience in BPO / Shared Service Industry or from a Multinational company (large public accounting)Amenable to work US hours/night shift and holidaysAmenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once we return to office
