We are looking for a senior PMO professional to join the team of CEO/A Office in DITO Telecommunity.

 

The PMO professional is at the center of every strategic project, providing a centralized layer of project control and integration for any program or project.

 

The PMO professional serves as a trusted advisor to the program's key stakeholders. The PMO role is dynamic and diverse and includes strategy, execution responsibilities of the specific project/program management area, as well as governance support responsibilities.

 

The senior PMO is expected to integrate cross-functional and cross-divisional consumer and support teams at all levels up to the Mancom level if necessary to manage the different aspects of the program or project being managed to ensure success.

 

What will your job look like? The CEO/A Office covers the following scope and hence the senior PMO professional is expected to engage in the following areas:

 

Change Management

Set up Business Process Management frameworks and working modelsLead continuous improvement for end-to-end processesQuality management & process impact assessmentsOrganizational Structure DesignOrganizational development aspects applicable to the program

 

Corporate Strategy Management

Corporate OGSM (Objective, Goal, Strategy, Measurements)Cascade and align corporate targets to stakeholdersProject management with partner consultants. Ensure that the consultant project is planned accurately, that the owner of each task is identified accurately and that work is executed and aligned with the charter to meet the critical metrics and planned results.

 

Program and Project Management

Lead or facilitate projects that cut across functions and divisionsCreate frameworks for project successManagement project reportingEnsure stakeholder management for program successApply project management methods to ensure success

 

All you need is...

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering & related courses, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.Minimum 5 years experience working as a PMO, familiar with project methodology and management, PMO processes.Familiar with business process management and continuous improvement methodsExperience working in a Telco or digital organizations will be an advantageResponsible and have a team-work spirit.Excellent executive and communication skills.Passion for making dreams become a reality.
