As a Customer Service Representative I, You Will:
Receive and respond to Level 1 customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat.Manage mailboxes by classifying and prioritizing orders to ensure timely processing.Process orders from EDI, Customer Portals, Blanket POs, and Shared Mailboxes.Analyze and resolve order management issues, including pricing discrepancies, credit status, and plant capacity, while coordinating with customers and relevant departments.Update existing orders in case of changes and communicate necessary adjustments to involved teams.Expedite and monitor critical orders by collaborating with various departments to ensure on-time delivery.Provide after-sales support, including processing warranty claims, returns, and credit requests by adhering to standard guidelines.
Who You Are:
You are detail-oriented and excel in managing multiple priorities effectively. You establish clear processes to ensure accountability and quality. You can analyze complex information, make sound decisions with incomplete data, and communicate comfortably with people across levels, functions, and departments.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.At least 6 months of relevant experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations.Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across departments.Analytical skills with attention to detail, particularly in order and pricing management.Experience in handling customer inquiries and issue resolution.-
