BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing inventory data to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize costs, and maximize customer satisfaction. This role involves monitoring inventory movements, identifying trends, forecasting demand, and implementing inventory control procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reports any discrepancies in inventory records to Inventory manager and analyze the variance.
• Prepares and submit monthly inventory report which includes reconciliation report for the spoilage, damages.
• Ensure that the movement of inventory is properly accounted for and documented.
• Generates and verifies entries indicated on the Monthly End Report sent by the accounting prior to processing the necessary adjustments in the NetSuite System.
• Review inventory tracking processes to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Zero loss of inventory (theft, misplaced in the warehouse, expiration, etc.)
• Analyze levels of inventory to prevent overstocking and shortages.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, inventory levels, and adjustments.
• Provide detailed documentation on reordering plans to minimize risk and costs while maximizing, inventory turns and cash flow.
• Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
• Executing root-cause analysis to ensure continuous learning and improvement.
• Support all relevant projects and programs related to warehouse and inventory.
• Attends meetings as required by Immediate Superior and other departments as well as performs other functions as required by the Top Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software specifically Netsuite.
• Excellent organizational skill, and Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Data Driven and has effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
